Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1 working day from the receipt of payment in full. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during such times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Romatco ships to addresses within the UK, UK Territories. We do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Romatco is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Romatco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Commonly Asked Questions


1. Can I send my order to a different name or address?

Yes. You are able to have your order sent to a different address, you can enter a shipping address when you reach the checkout.


2. What happens if I am out when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made on Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. If you or the intended recipient is not in when the delivery attempt is made, our courier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collect your order. 


3. What happens if a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable?

Occasionally a package is returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch at a slightly extra cost. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel we will arrange a refund.
