DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (UK & Canada)
All domestic orders (UK & Canada) are processed within 1 working day from the receipt of payment in full. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during such times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Romatco ships to addresses within the UK, UK Territories. We do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your happiness is our priority. If for any reason you are not extremely satisfied, we gladly accept returns (within 30 days) of unworn or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. For more details, check out our Return & Exchange Policy.

International Payment Methods Accepted:

International orders will be subject to additional verification of billing address, bank and bank phone number. Please allow 2-3 business days for international order verification to be completed. For faster processing, we recommend that you check out with a verified PayPal account.
Due to the limited information available with international credit cards, in the event that we are not able to verify the information you provided, we may send a PayPal payment request as an alternate payment method. For added security reason, we may also need you to ensure your PayPal account is verified.
FREE SHIPPING ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be shipped for free via standard international post service. Free international shipping does not include customs brokerage fees and other related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the package recipient.
Romatco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For our international customers, we now accept returns and exchanges. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
NOTE: IMPORTER OF RECORD
The recipient is the importer of records and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations for the destination country. When our customer places an order with Romatco.com, they authorize our customs broker to act as their agent to clear merchandise and process all applicable duties, fees, and taxes.

1. Can I send my order to a different name or address?
Yes. You are able to have your order sent to a different address, you can enter a shipping address when you reach the checkout.
2. What happens if I am out when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made on Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. If you or the intended recipient is not in when the delivery attempt is made, our courier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collect your order.
3. What happens if a package is returned to us because it is undeliverable?
Occasionally a package is returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch at a slightly extra cost. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel we will arrange a refund.
