Returns Policy

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. Non Receipt of Items 

If you have not received your item after 7 Working days from dispatch confirmation email, you must immediately inform us via email to info@romatco.com. When contacting us, please quote your Order number in subject line.

Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers.Unfortunately we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.

 

2. Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 14 working days. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. Unfortunately we are unable to provide Free Returns or Book a collection on your behalf.

 

3. Faulty Merchandise

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 working days from receipt to inform us of the fault. You can do so by contacting us on info@Romatco.com. Please note any requests for refund after 7 working days have elapsed will not be entertained.

Once you have notified us of the fault, we will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that can be used to return the goods back to us for refund or replacement.

Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation and in same condition as when you received. We reserve the right to refuse refund for items that are returned without their original packaging. Please note, as per Distance Selling Regulations, merchants have a right of action against consumers for breach of the statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods.

When returning any items to us, we advise you to use recorded delivery or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced. We are not liable for returns lost in transit. This does not effect your Statutory Rights. 

Once we have received the product back and we have confirmed it to be faulty, we will refund the money back to your credit/debit card or issue a replacement.
